WELCOME TO THE NEW UTILITY BILLING USER PORTAL

A couple of noteworthy changes -

Customers that already have web accounts will need to register on this site to continue to have access.  You can reuse your existing user name and password for the new registration or create a new one.

To register, find the account number on your bill and enter the number starting with the first number (not zero) - no dashes or dots, numbers only.  Add additional accounts by linking them to your registration.

If you were previously on autopay you will also have to re-register.  On-line it is a two step process.  Start with verifying your payment information.  Once this has been confirmed, add autopay to each account.  The option is also available to do this in person - office staff will be happy to assist.
